E. Scott Scrivner joined DVC Financial Services in 2024 with over 40 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Beginning his career as an Independent Property and Casualty Agent in 1981, his experiences in both life and business have given him a multi-faceted perspective as well as the opportunity to work with families, small and large business owners, and various corporations.
In 2001, Scott decided that the most fulfilling way to help his friends and clients was in the role of their Financial Advisor and Planner. Scott’s primary goal is to help his clients define their objectives and concerns and to educate them on various possible solutions, building personalized plans they believe in and will want to support in the years to come.
Over the past decade, Scott has developed a specialty in Insurance Premium Financing. The working relationships Scott has cultivated with insurers and lenders have benefited clients with a unique approach and opportunity in funding their Estate Planning needs. Scott and his team provide clear, practical guidance to help clients protect their legacy and gain peace of mind.
Scott is a fifth-generation Californian and currently lives in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania, with his wife Debbie, daughter Ashley, and stepson Zak.
