Kristen Cericola Bauer is the Managing Director of DVC Financial Services and daughter of founder, Don Cericola. After growing up in the Philadelphia suburbs, Kristen earned her degree in graphic design from Marywood University with minors in art history and business. Throughout school, she worked in various departments of Wegmans Food Markets, where she developed a strong foundation in delivering exceptional customer service.
After a few years in the design field, Kristen was ready for a new challenge – just as the family-owned financial practice was expanding. She joined the firm in 2016, making a full career pivot into financial services. Despite entering the field with a limited background, she quickly gained hands-on experience across a wide range of roles. Supporting both DVC Financial Services and the local insurance sales agency, her experience has spanned nearly every facet of the business, including administration, client service, compliance and supervision, new business processing, and investment operations.
Today, Kristen plays a key leadership role, focused on creating a seamless, client-first experience. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and supported in their financial journey and takes pride in being a dependable, knowledgeable resource for both clients and colleagues. Being part of a family-run business adds a personal sense of purpose and pride to her work.
Outside the office, Kristen lives in Conshohocken with her husband, Sean, and their dog named Rye (just like the bread – or the whiskey, depending on who you ask!). She enjoys traveling and discovering new restaurants, coffee shops, and cocktail bars, whether locally or during her travels. At home, you’ll often find her tending to her houseplants and flowers, enjoying a walk around the neighborhood, or baking up something sweet in the kitchen.
